My customer experience with Genesis Furniture began 12 weeks ago when we took from them new leather sofa. Not natural but “eco leather”.
We chose it and in few days the purchase was delivered straight at home.
Surprise – it was with non working mechanisms. Actually it was broken. Not because of the delivery but because of the manufacturer.
This is of those situations you are willing to grab the sofa and to throw it away – straight to the shop.
I gave a call to them and….. And what a nice surprise. The manager was willing to deliver in few days brand new sofa, without arguing or trying to blaim me or the delivery guys.
And as it was promised – the new sofa was delivered straight to my home.
